If you’re not a part of our family you may want to skip this one. It is mostly pictures from our trip to Colorado Springs and our first day here. I don’t do Facebook, so this is the best way to get family pictures to everyone.
We had an interesting trip. I got a little concerned when we encountered snow in Nevada. We left Elko when it was still dark and just after sunup we had snow hitting the windshield. Fortunately, it was gone by the time we hit the salt flats of Utah. The craziest thing on the trip was watching two truckers trying to get ahead of each other and blocking all the cars behind them.
The grandkids didn’t have school today and Grandma got them started on knitting right after breakfast. A couple of them have already finished their first hat. WE had a fun trip to Costco to pick up supplies and are looking forward to homemade pizza and a movie tonight. I played a new game this today. It is called Ticket to Ride. It was fun even though I didn’t win.
